5 simple steps to reduce your weight substantially

A healthy body is a dream of every one, not just in India but across the world. Many people start exercising or changing their diet patterns to reduce their weight, while many become successful many leave the efforts with huge disappointment leading to more weight gain. Over the years due to false diet and weak exercise people have changed their body types, more towards the higher weight. Therefore even if they succeed reducing their weight they eventually gain over a period of time. 1.     Reduce gluten intake significantly
2.     Walk for half an hour daily and stay happy in every situation
3.     Eat only when stomach demands food to help tummy get adequate time to digest food and try to eat homemade food so that kind of edible oil, hygiene and fats could be avoided. Majority of outside food contain gluten through maida (refined wheat flour) which only increases weight.
4.     Chew at least 32 times so that you will help your intestines which are already losing their metabolism to digest food very fast.
5.     Include low glycemic index (GI) food in your daily meal. Low GI is high energy low fatty food which provides consistent calories throughout day reducing the need to eat some crap during the day time.
